02 Records
Records with clear periods
Each record names its period and keeps usage, charges and payments separate.
03 Installation
Installed by Ampwise
Ampwise installs the service with a licensed electrician. An Ampwise Gateway at the building connects the outlets.
If the internet drops, the Gateway keeps outlets as they were. It is designed to store readings for up to seven days and send them when the connection returns.
Our first building is in Carnegie, Victoria, with installation planned for December 2026.
Residents join by invitation. Ask us to invite a resident or to end someone's access.
Your rate sets the price
Residents pay the building's own electricity rate per kWh. An Ampwise fee may apply.
